Born and raised in Florence, Italy, he has a PhD in Operations Research and Machine Learning. In 2017 he started to work as a freelance data scientist, aiding companies develop predictive models and data-driven software solutions. Since 2015 he has been teaching classes on Data Science, Operations Research and Python, both academic and corporate.
He got his master degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florence in 2016 before undertaking a 3 years P.h.D. course in Optimization and Operation Research. In the following years he travelled through Canada, France and UK meeting the international scientific community and becoming impassioned with AI and deep-learning which became a major focus of his research and working tools. Since a few years he is concerned with development, research and technology transfer in the field of machine learning and AI.
After completing his studies in Engineering at UCBM in Rome in 2019, he embarked on his career as a Data Scientist, demonstrating a profound interest in the field of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Cloud Data Architectures. Over the years, he has been involved in various projects ranging from research to the corporate sector, working with start-ups in the Netherlands and Germany as well as large companies like UnipolSai. Along this journey, he has contributed to Big Data analyses and the development of Artificial Intelligence algorithms for application optimization.
